Quick patch — Smack Talk Steam update #3844997

Added achievements, and fixed a issue I've been trying to figure out forever where if the host started a match new players couldn't join. Also a few other smaller bug fixes and tweaks like some ultimates are immune to being canceled now. Portuguese, German, and Russian added. Full release is on the 27th see you guys later ːsteamhappyː. (we kinda lost track of all the balance changes sorry😅. polishing has been a bunch of small changes which has made it hard to record everything we've done)
