ADDED: Ability to save rank in-game by using the ATM at the bank. ADDED: Loading screen tip for saving rank. CHANGED: Turret and vehicle HUDs can now be turned off. CHANGED: Turret ammo icon will now turn red in turret HUD if the ammo is low. CHANGED: Helicopter explosions now cut down trees. FIXED: HUD won't stay off when exiting turret.
