Update notes for 1.4.0 — Veles: Rise of the Damned Steam update #394422

Added 7 new abilities:Seeking Missile Seeking Missile: Fire guided missiles that spiral toward random areas, explode on impact, and stun enemies caught in the blast. Mines: Plant explosive mines at your position that arm after a short delay, then detonate and knock enemies back. Slash: Cleave enemies in front of you with wide physical arcs that deal damage and push enemies away. Frozen Orb: Launch frost orbs in random directions that release icy missiles and slow enemies they hit. Fire Siphon: Summon rotating fire spirals around your hero, burning enemies that get too close. Vortex: Tear open ground rifts that pull enemies inward and deal repeated magical damage. Chains of the Damned: Unleash spectral chains that sweep across the battlefield, damaging enemies they pass through. Added support for multiple languages. Actual translations will be released soon.
