1.6.3e hotfix — Keysight Steam update #396066

Happy Holidays! We're now at the 6th update beyond what I called "the final update" (in my defence, I didn't add any new features this time). To get into the spirit of things and celebrate the Steam Winter Sale, here's a neat Christmas-themed preset created by Wilwolferine! The Wiki is also (finally) coming together, with just Scene element pages left to write. I'll be honest, I wildly underestimated how much time writing documentation was going to take!
