Server scaling and preparation fixes. Revamped War of Dragnorox quest line. Added multiple new items and abilities. Added functionality for Runestones to be used from the main ability bar. Several new Ranger abilities that line up with primary bow usage. Increased basic level 1-3 mob respawn times. Fixed Group Health Bar not showing up. Bind, must change server variable immediately Can now see crafting materials from professions page.
