Improved: 1. No fuel tutorial: added a new tutorial to explain what to do when you run out of fuel or armor. 2. Delivery job info: added tooltips to clarify how the delivery job panel works. Fixes: 1. Enter button disabled: sometimes in the tutorial, the "enter" button on the map screen did not enable so you could not enter any sector. 2. Clock reset: the day clock did not reset on a new game. 3. Walk animation: the explorer walk animation did not always activate.
