Patch Notes - b.3.7 — Exodus Borealis Steam update #399691

Added production limits. New button in the job management screen will show the production limits panel. There is a built-in buffer for the limit - If a limit is reached, it needs to drop below this buffer amount before production is resumed (preventing inefficient starting and stopping of jobs). This buffer scales with the size of the limit. Added new research - Time Spirituality - Research spiritual links to time that allow the citizens to live an additional year before they are elderly and have a chance of dyeing of old age. Unlocks the Temple of Time building, a building that will dilate time as invaders attack, yielding longer nights. This will allow for what seems like more time to kill invaders before the sun rises and they enrage. Fixed bug with the new island 4 ruins.
