Patch 0.5.0 - Rivals Take Action and Express Setup — Mr. President Steam update #402652

We’ve spent the first few weeks of March filling out the actions the President’s Peer Rivals can take during their gameplay segments, as well as streamlining the game’s setup experience and addressing some save game performance issues in the late game.
