Fixed an issue where domestic command effects, such as recruitment, could be applied to another faction’s tile after dispatching an envoy. Fixed All Select and Shift Range Select for “Recruit at Last Tile” so that injured characters can still be selected even when the option to exclude injured characters is enabled. Fixed other minor issues.
