Update for Beta Branch 8/26/2021 — HereSphere VR Video Player Steam update #404185

Fixed an issue with videos not looping properly once the end of the video has been reached. Startup scan (which is used to scan a media source/folder to automatically update the media library) will first check for the existence of the folder before attempting to update its contents. This prevents a user from losing their saved video settings if the startup scan feature is enabled on a drive that isn't booted up. When hovering above the seek bar, you can now hold the grip button and move the thumbstick right/left to frame step forward/backward.
