By popular request for a 'pause' button, there is an added 'Super Slow' as a gameplay speed. Previously, gameplay speed was 5x (fast), 1x (normal), (1/5)x (slow) but now included (1/50)x (super slow) Changed tutorial video format from H.264 to instead be webm with video as VP8 and audio as Vorbis, which should stop stuttering as recommended by Unity Smoke appears when destroying assets (eg Poles) Other minor bug fixes
