Bugfixes and Hosting — A Gentlemen's Dispute Steam update #40818

Balance Changes - Changed Hot Hands to function more similarly to Bad Influence, having a chance to activate instead of always activating. Major Bugfixes - Addressed issue where the character controller would occasionally run multiple times per tick, causing players to move much faster than they should. Changes to Hosting With all of the new players who joined during next fest, our server hosting costs were starting to get out of control. We've done a ton of optimization on both the client and server to mitigate this. In the process of optimizing the game to reduce our server costs, we noticed that hosting without a dedicated server (using Steam Networking to host on a player's machine) is now often a better experience than using a dedicated server, especially in later rounds when you the game gets really chaotic.
