Demo 0.4.3 patchnote — Try Dying Steam update #41005

- Increased spawn rate of interactive objects, especially for two-player mode - Fixed several issues with text display in non-English locales - Made improvements to the Elevator to Heaven level - Fixed a crash that occurred when moving outside the level, possibly caused by creating a specific level in the level editor, though the exact reason is unclear :)
