Backer Beta v. 0.2 — The Flame in the Flood Steam update #416804

The September update is now live! This is our second major update since the beta launched, and features lots of new stuff. Water V3 We’ve again tweaked the way that water works. Now rather than carrying a single canteen, the player can collect water in jars. These jars can also be used to hold tea or as the basis of a smoke bomb. Furthermore, when collected, the water is “polluted”: it’s swimming with toxins and heavy metals and other contaminants. The only way to now make that water safe for consumption is to filter it. Water filters can be crafted out of rags and charcoal (now collectible from campfires) and are good for three uses.
