v1.3.028 — 2026-08-28 Fixes Memory Manager character list fixes. The chat-history tab now lists only characters with messages, and the memories tab lists every character with memories — characters whose chat history expired no longer lead to an empty chat view. Unsubscribed Workshop characters no longer appear in the list, avatars now load for all listed characters, and a duplicated emoji in the panel title is removed.
