Units operating spike strips will now automatically begin pursuing any suspect who hits that spike strip. This behavior will automatically bring a car chase to an end if the suspect already has another unit in pursuit and within range. Added a feature to the Controls menu that allows the player to set camera rotation sensitivity. Fixed a small issue that caused the cashflow animation to be obscured by the UI at certain aspect ratios.
