The Recruiting Drive perk now has a chance to increase the skills of applicants while it is active, in addition to also reducing the time it takes to reshuffle the applicant list. The game now features a pop-up help system that will provide players with useful advice and notifications while they play. In addition to providing help to new players, these notifications will also offer helpful reminders.
