037b6e08 Patch Notes — Causality Steam update #435273

Patch 02a9e980 Sight, reaction time and chasing speed of the Multilateral spirit, the Eye and the Spider ghost were adjusted to let you flee more easily. The duration of 3rd floor's power supply is now doubled. Fixed an issue that made the chase unending, if you step on Multilateral Spirit's tail in the last chase. Adjusted every key items on 2nd floor so they can be more visible. Removed the puzzle in classroom 3-1. Removed some confusing parts of puzzle in classroom 3-3 and 3-4. Patch 037b6e08 Increased the ghosts' spawn cooldown after the chases.
