Hello moles! Turns out the cosmetic inventory bug wasn't quite as fixed as we thought, and we're putting out a patch today to hopefully fix it for real. The reason why we weren't able to recreate it on our end before is actually pretty funny; the game was trying to read whether it was the right date to give Moel the special birthday hat, but we forgot to account for how dates are formatted in several other countries (with the day-month-year order being different), so the game would sometimes hit an error there that led to the cosmetics inventory not appearing.
