v0.49.0 - Controller patch & player settings rework — Midnight Mayhem Steam update #446875

Player settings rework Previously the Mute buttons were under Audio settings and the Kick button under Misc. This has been improved heavily, all player options are now under the new options tab "Players". There are 4 buttons for each player: - Open Steam profile - Mute player - Kick player (host only) - Block player Additionally there is a green outline that becomes visible when a player is talking, making it easier to see who is who.
