Version 1.3.11 — ZEPHON Steam update #44983

This update lets high production finish multiple queue items in one turn, tightens resource-cost handling, lets Safety Disjunction and Ichor of Uzhodai benefit Veins of the Fulcrum, and fixes missing audio on Linux. General Production queues can now finish multiple items in one turn when production is high enough. Sentries now gain Interpolated Production. Unit-spawning actions now apply Economies of Scale and other unit cost modifiers. Just Ship It no longer applies Excess Load to units with 0 Movement. Safety Disjunction and Ichor of Uzhodai now also apply on Veins of the Fulcrum. Bug Fixes Fixed resource cost discounts generating resources when their discount exceeded 100%. Fixed outpost types changing between runs with the same map seed. Fixed missing audio on Linux.
