This patch improves multiplayer direct connections, adjusts some Syncretic Deva and Imperious Exonaut content, and fixes several bugs. General Direct connections now advertise the external port negotiated through port mapping, reducing cases where peers unnecessarily fall back to relaying. Balance Exonaut tactics no longer apply to fortifications. Increased Balm of the Lacuna damage from 3 to 4. Increased Balm of the Lacuna armor penetration from 2 to 3.
