version 0.9.4.7 quick feats followup — Path of Achra Steam update #452504

Feats screen now draws from already-existing wins in the Maqbara to fill itself out with prestige class wins, an excellent suggestion by someone on the steam forums some other little things too upon opening Feats, it will now comb through your Maqbara and update it with any Prestige classes you've previously won with before this recent patch (will then consider it "updated" and not do it again) changed the sound for "apply effect" to something much quieter performing extra game turn actions will now correctly trigger scorch / sickness damage (activates on "game turn" of the target), but will NOT tick down effect durations (tried to note this in the abilities) can now TAB through prestige class selection Divine Axe ability changed to grant +50 Hit per point of Encumbrance Golden Helm ability changed to apply +2 Inflame on heal Mask of Frenzy self-damage reduced slightly redid Volkite spri...
