Added: Gave Elemental suit a unique passive. Buff: Elemental suit starting cooldown changed from -50% to -20%. Nerf: Elemental suit all starting elements dropped from 5 to 3. Change: Modding API updated, you can now enable mods independently with the ini file in the game folder.
