Freshly hatched mermaids occupy dwellings and workplaces themselves if available. Changed construction and repair materials for several buildings. Lowered overall monster and earthquake damage. Raised growth speed of corals, mussels and plants. Storage capacity of throne can be lowered to 1 gem. Added more hints and suggestions that will pop up in certain cases. (For example: when running low on certain materials while not having yet any means of production)
