So, it turns out Tyrannis works on Steamdeck. If you need to set the resolution, go to Main Menu, Options, and then Resoltiuon to adjust until you're satisfied with it. Now, I will have to warn you that you'll have to configure the game for controller, since Tyrannis was designed before the Steamdeck was released, but that's the beauty of something being completely customizable.
