Function Addition Added the Animation menu and moved the animation functions there. It is now possible to specify the display time of each frame during auto-playback (set in Layer Properties). APNG and GIF output now reflects the display time of the frame. Function Improvement Improved processing when scaling images. Failure Correction Fixed a bug in which the background color was not applied during autoplay.
