Added "Pick screen color at cursor position" command (in the "etc" section of the Keyboard shortcuts window). Unlike the eyedropper tool, this command allows also you to pick screen color in another app's window. Added "Anti-alias" mode to the blur mode of Lasso tool, Polygon tool and Fill tool. "Anti-alias" mode preserves hard edges unlike "Blur 3x3 px" mode. Added "Replace" mode to lasso and polygon(selection) tools. It has become easier to transform when the size is large with the "Move Scale Rotate" command. You can now execute commands between pixel art layers with the "Combine with lower layer" command and "Transfer to lower layer" command (only if the pixel art layer uses a shared color palette).
