Hi Everyone! First of all we are sorry for any problems you might have had with Action! after upgrading to the latest 24H2 Windows 11 version. This update is very big and changes a lot in Windows architecture (that's why there are words it should be called Windows 12). Most of the Windows 11 display core has changed and the desktop no longer uses a "swap chain" presentation model. Instead Direct Display is now used and allows direct rendering of desktops with any framerate to the display devices. Also multiplane overlays are now used on all supporting hardware (you can check for MPO3 support in Dxdiag application for you GPU). Some of you may know what Multiplane overlays are and what headache they can cause (including game flickering/crashing etc.).
