New patch in publicbeta (v275) — Survivalist: Invisible Strain Steam update #472428

Hello, there's a new patch in the publicbeta branch. It has a few small fixes for mods and translations, but the main change is that the Russian translation has been greatly improved by Pavel Borisov, who also did the Cyrillic fonts - many thanks for that!
