Client Patch 1.1.5 - The Arena! — Ironbound Steam update #476954

The Arena is here! This update introduces a new multiplayer game mode called Arena. In this mode, everyone uses one of the predefined Arena item sets, which are designed to have roughly the same strength. There are 3 sets for each class, and they are all available regardless of your current inventory or performance on the ladder. Only your skill matters! (Ok, luck also plays a little role.) In order to play in the arena, you must first purchase a ticket. One ticket allows you to play one game. If you win, you get back the ticket price, plus a reward. There are 5 ticket options, with increasing prices and rewards. If the game is a draw, both players keep their tickets. The ticket is only used when you start the game, so if you hit Play and the matchmaker cannot find an opponent (or you cancel the search), you will keep your ticket.
