Patch 1.14.1e — Pummel Party Steam update #477559

1.14.1e Changed Added a cooldown to prevent players from spamming the chat in online games. Added a maximum character limit to the online chat. Any actions in the "Options > Controls" menu that don't have a binding set when the game is started or a controller is connected will be reset to their default binding. This fixes some of the new actions not being automatically bound to the correct buttons when updating from 1.14.0. Fixed Fixed a bug causing saved games to fail to load correctly and cause heavy lag. This also fixes reconnecting to any games affected by this bug, so reconnecting should be more reliable now. Fixed lag spikes caused by sending messages via the online chat window that contained certain characters. Fixed some players experiencing broken or missing bindings on some unbindable actions.
