Cumulative patch note for hotfix 035E, 035G and 035G Changes Related to the Incoming Water Update: Reworked the water testing strip. Added a water trading manual, which currently includes only a Quickstart section. Added a proper introduction to water trading mechanics. Improved interactions when selling mislabeled items. Currently, only cigarettes and water can be relabeled. Different buyers will react differently to mislabeled items. New Content: Added a new extended capacity power cell to reduce the need for frequent battery swaps. Changes: The Security Inspector will no longer visit more than once per day, regardless of active events. Crime level will no longer degrade if evidence level is above 80. Improved dossier sprite. Water containers now have different sprites based on the volume of water inside. Thieves and Dr. Jackson now have a chance to sell Cryptographic Desequencer Chips...
