Small Hotfix — Fabledom Steam update #48595

Small hotfix today! Fixed visual issue with tulips during rain. Improved grass visuals during rain. Several small UI fixes Sewer drain construction can now be prioritized. Eggs are now added to old saves after you build your first chicken coop. Timescale is now paused when you get rewards from world events, to prevent placement of cofferts being cancelled. Can no longer access all decorations during start of game. Fixed travelling merchant world event. Added ground textures to all resources. Second dates no longer give negative reputation.
