RACER CLASS BALANCING SPEEDSTER RACER CLASS The amount of Manual Boost gained by Speedster Class Racers when hitting Speed Pads has been increased by 50%. RACER BALANCING RACER DONALD DUCK Donald Duck’s Top Speed stat has been increased. The amount of Manual Boost gained while shielded during the normal activation of his Unique Skill has been increased by 30%. RACER MOWGLI Mowgli’s Top Speed stat has been increased.
