Fixed an issue where the "Gang Adrift" quest would give mixed up rewards and also had the wrong values. Fixed an issue where the game would be stuck in an incorrect state if the first player death was on high city. Fixed an issue where the notification of "Cult Letters" would not disappear when they ran out.Fixed a visual issue where the "Artifact Tyrants Mask" would be enabled but the "Sacrifice Blood" bar would look empty.
