Bug fixes and changes Fixed an ATV bug that prevented the handlebars from moving. Addressed the bug causing the RXR to have poor handling. Resolved the issue where NPCs in certain areas dealt 3x damage to the player. Mining Drill no longer mines oil shales but instead mines sulfur. Decreased the amount of fuel the RXR burns.
