Hotfix - version 1.3.3 — Start Over Steam update #50160

The primary focus of this hotfix is to address a critical issue related to land mines in the game. Along with this fix, several other changes and improvements have been implemented to enhance the overall gameplay experience. Fixed a critical issue related to picking up mines. Fixed the smelt rate of the gas furnace. Fixed the description for the gun workbench. Fixed the descriptions for loading screen tips. Increased storage slots for small military boxes, plastic boxes, storage lockers, and large boxes. Increased the detection range of mercenaries and Wave AI. Changed the land mines system.
