Patch 1.08 — Heroes of Spyria Steam update #503991

Mostly graphical and re-balancing changes. General Zeroed out all speeds for casting spells. Previously some spells could be cast that wouldn't take effect until after the next player's action. This shouldn't happen anymore. Fixed an issue where Winter could speak at Astoria Bay if she wasn't in the party. Fixed a global issue where viewing a bromide in an area where the screen was tinted would remove the tint. Changed the Soulstone to only be equipable by Madilyn. Fixed the wrong characters speaking, etc, if the player encounters the caretakers post chapter 4. Fixed a slight graphical glitch at Auryn's beach. Made Kit's Bangle only equipable to Winter. Fixed the wrong character being shown in Fort Tetryn post chapter 3. Fixed a typo in the Sun Revenant quest.
