Added a new fixed issue, where some Tobi Emojis (Bluffing, Lovestruck, Mad, and Sleepy) didn't have the cat's paw on the helmet. Added clarifications for the editability of purchased/earned Decals, when Decals become available for purchase, and the outfits equipped during character changes.
