Update 0.62This Update brings in a more advance Environmental vs Player Body Temperature mechanic.Body Temperature RangesThe players body temperature can fluctuate between Hypothermia and Hyperthermia, with increasing debuffs as they get to the extremes. Pay attention during midday where the extreme heat can cause Hyperthermia in a matter of minutes (in-game hours).Using Stamina on actions like sprinting and attacking will raise your body temperature. Keep this in mind if you find yourself stuck outside in sub-freezing temperatures!Drinking fluids will reduce your body temperature if it is above the comfortable range.
