Heya folks. This hotfix tackles the worst offenders. Including: - Some items/things placed where they shouldn't be. - Flickering tip messages - Certain world events staying longer than they should. - Balances to degradation, repair kits and perishables. - Fixes to grass flickering. There'll be another hotfix coming soon after this one with more fixes.
