Balancing Power of the enraged have less health regeneration and mana regeneration, as stack count has been doubled. Axe throwing no longer stuns, range decreased from 15 yards to 12 yards and his damage has been increased by approximately 10%. Devastating shock stuns for 4 seconds. Powerful Blow damage increased by 20%, stuns for 1 seconds, cooldown increased from 6 to 8 seconds. Increased the speed of the Frost Pillar by 33%.
