Following Seas Hotfix 0.4.5 — Following Seas Steam update #512232

This small update fixes a number of issues, some old, some new. I'm continuing to work through reported issues and fix things as quickly as I can. Joys of having a day job, I don't have as much time as I'd like. I thank you for your patience. As a note particularly for those reading updates through Steam - as a number of people have reported, I am absent from the Steam forums. While there's several reasons and I'd prefer not to get into it overmuch -- a major reason is down to resources. I try to keep most of my time centered on actual development, and a big aid is having primarily a single source for reports and feedback, rather than multiple sources often reporting the same issues.
