Version 0.8.15 Balancing Patch Notes Minor Updates: Added basic German localization. Soul Reapers max health reduced by 3.5% and they now gives small rewards on death like normal enemies. Adjusted enemy spawns to make the jump from Act I to II less drastic. Adjusted leveling speed to give you approximately 1 more talent before fighting the Act I boss. Vampiric Mutation healing on enemies was reduced from 5% max health to 4% max health (lasts 5 seconds). Adjusted the Lizard Healer Mini Boss to pause more between heals to make him more manageable. Reduced Lizard Healer Mini Boss area heal from 75 + 2.5% -> 65 + 2.5% (triggers every .5s). Updated a few talent names and descriptions for clarity. Rage Low HP Damage talent global damage increased from .35% -> .45%. Rage Free Burst talent: changed free burst from every 5s -> every 4s.
