Another round of fixes circling around the elemental dragons and cards — tightening up energy skills and quality-tier effects.Attempted Fix: Quality-Tier Ability Scaling: Attempted to fix the issue where some elemental dragon attribute abilities weren't scaling their effects with quality tier. Leveling up the tier should now actually show a real difference.Attempted Fix: Holy Light Shelter Blocking Ultimate: Attempted to fix the issue where the card "Holy Light Shelter" prevented the character from casting their ultimate. Your ultimate should stop slacking off at crunch time.These are all tagged "Attempted" — if anything still feels off, please let me know and I'll keep squashing bugs.
