Update notes for September 7th — The Last Shootout Steam update #5149208

The following changes were implemented in this update: * Fixed issues with audio effects being played that shouldn't be played. Mainly affecting the reload sound being played for remote players, and bots using the old bullet sounds. * Fixed issue with the whizz sound not properly triggering. * Reworked the Bot system completely, to make them far more engaging and challenging to play against. This is step one in an overhaul of the practice mode.
