Everybody in the Basement! — UNLOVED Steam update #520365

Another small hotfix update has just been finished. After seeing the community feedback about the level restriction of the Basement, I've decided to lift the restriction completely and make the Basement now available to everyone, no matter the player level :) There are also new adjustments that make the game less grindy in the beginning, so that new players have a faster way of getting new Trinkets and higher player levels.
