Two-axis ratings. Every segment shows Quality (the work) and a separate Crowd reaction (Flat → Warm → Hot → Red Hot). A 4-star match with a quiet crowd reads very differently from a 4-star match that brought the house down — now you can tell which is which at a glance. "Why it worked" line.
