v 1.042 - More Settings + Fixes — Lumberjacked Steam update #529104

Hi everyone! What a busy 2 days post-launch. A common request has been more settings, and I've been taking them down, and was able to introduce them in this update. I have also made it so that the Amber Drops are now persistent through saves, whether you delete your save and start over, or you beat the game. Another change is we increased the speed of chopping while holding the chop button. You get a bonus speed if you click when the cursor turns gold, which is a perfect swing and essentially goes right into the next swing without delay, but this makes it easier for those who don't wish to wear themselves out. I will be bringing in Save Slots soon, and Amber Drops will be saved between them as well. Please let me know if you have any issues! Thanks.
